Second Must-Attend Season of Polo Fundraisers Returns to Grayfields Polo Club
ALLAMUCHY — NJ Polo® Charity Events is kicking off its exciting second season at Grayfields Polo Club on 134 Long Bridge Road, with tickets still available for three thrilling polo charity matches, giving back to deserving organizations.
Tickets range from premium tailgates to general admission and can be purchased at www.njpolo.org, with more information available about each event and ticket type on the website.
The New Jersey Polo June Invitational is the first planned for Saturday, June 20, benefitting both Semper Fi & America’s Fund and Pass It Along. The nationally known Semper Fi & America’s Fund provides immediate financial assistance and ongoing support to injured service members, veterans, and their families. Pass It Along is a regional nonprofit group that builds confident, resilient and compassionate youth, through self-discovery, leadership and volunteerism.
The Catholic Academy of Sussex County Polo Classic is the second event, scheduled on Saturday, Aug. 22. Reverend George A. Brown Memorial School, Pope John XXIII Middle School and Pope John XXIII High School are all beneficiaries through the Catholic Academy of Sussex County.
Project Self-Sufficiency will benefit from the third event, the Project Self-Sufficiency Fall Classic, planned for Saturday, Sept. 12. Project Self-Sufficiency is an organization headquartered in Newton that fosters long-term reliance and assists with breaking the poverty cycle for individuals and families from Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon Counties.
During each action-packed charity event, in addition to the polo match, guests will be treated to a full lineup of activities and offerings, including live musical performances, best hat and tailgate contests, the time-honored divot stomp tradition, luxury food and merchandise purveyors, handcrafted signature cocktails from the Pony Bar (a cash bar), a high-energy afterparty and other exclusive happenings.
NJ Polo® was founded in 2024 and all donations to the organization are tax deductible. In addition to Semper Fi & America’s Fund, Pass It Along, the Catholic Academy of Sussex County and Project Self-Sufficiency, the organization has also supported Girls on the Run, DASI, Sussex County Community College, Sussex County Makerspace, Maverick’s Legacy, Birth Haven, Benny’s Bodega and SCARC.
The Grayfields Polo Club, founded in 2022, is proudly sanctioned by the United States Polo Association (USPA). Its calendar is packed with regular polo matches, and lessons are available through the club from professional polo players on staff, which include safe horses and all necessary equipment.
