Event tickets are non-refundable, including when there are postponements due to inclement weather. As with all outdoor sports, polo is subject to changing weather conditions. New Jersey Polo™ reserves the right to cancel and reschedule an event if weather conditions are considered unsafe for play. In the event of a cancellation, updates will be provided on our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). Rescheduled events will take place the next day (Sunday), at the same time. Due to weather delays/postponements of events, food trucks and vendors are not guaranteed. If weather conditions do not improve for the rescheduled Sunday match, we will contact you with an updated date. All ticket holders will be notified via email.
